If you have a thesis,
we'd like to hear it.
We don't publish open roles. We grow when we find people who bring a perspective that changes what we can do.
The kind of people who join Strasys
We do not have a formal application process. If any of the following describes you, we want to hear from you.
You have led in healthcare.
Former trust executives, medical directors, clinical leads, system leaders, or senior transformation professionals across acute, specialist and community settings. You know what it feels like to chair a board committee, defend a CQC rating, or restructure a clinical service. That experience is the foundation.
You think in systems.
You see the connections between workforce, quality, finance and flow that others treat as separate problems. You understand place-based integration and population health. You would rather understand the whole system than optimise a single metric.
You work with data, not just about it.
Data scientists, analysts, modellers, AI specialists. You build things that work in production, not just in presentations. You understand that a model is only useful if a board can act on it by next Tuesday.
You challenge with evidence.
You are not contrarian for the sake of it. But when the data says something different from the consensus, you say so. You bring rigour, not just opinion. You can hold your ground in a boardroom because your reasoning is visible.
You want to build, not advise.
You are done with writing reports that sit on shelves. You want to create products, frameworks and capabilities that stay inside organisations long after the engagement ends. You want your work to compound.
Who you would be joining
Our team includes former NHS Trust CEOs, a Professor of Transplant Surgery, a former WHO leader in patient safety, a former Managing Director of Accenture, a three-time HSJ Top 50 health equity leader, and a Chief Decision Intelligence Officer who built our analytics architecture. The work spans board advisory, clinical service redesign, population analytics, and leadership development across the UK and internationally.
It is a small team by design. Everyone is senior. Everyone is in the room with the client. There are no layers between the thinking and the doing.
"I spent 20 years running services in the NHS. Now I help build the tools that make other leaders more confident in their decisions."Meet the team
Share your perspective
We are always interested in hearing from people who think differently about healthcare. Not a CV. Not a cover letter. Just your perspective: what would you change about healthcare, why does it matter, and what evidence supports it?
