He has held CFO and CEO roles within the NHS, giving him a firsthand understanding of the financial and operational pressures that leadership teams face every day. That lived experience shapes everything he does at Strasys.

David is an experienced management consultant with a demonstrated track record across the healthcare sector. Educated at Henley Management College, he brings a structured, rigorous approach to complex change programmes, supporting NHS organisations to navigate financial pressures, operational redesign, and system integration. He has led and supported NHS trusts in shaping and delivering the New Hospital Programme, one of the most significant capital investment programmes in the history of the health service.

He has sat in the finance director's chair and the chief executive's chair. He knows what the numbers mean and what they miss.

At Strasys, David supports a range of client engagements across the firm's advisory and analytics practice. His work helps organisations connect financial strategy with operational delivery, ensuring that transformation plans are grounded in evidence and built for implementation, not just presentation.
